2021 Ford Expedition New Features
The current Ford Expedition is part of the manufacturer's fourth generation, first introduced in 2018. This year, the Expedition hits showrooms with a brand-new base trim level which offers a solid suite of technology features and performance at an affordable entry point. Every Ford Expedition is driven by a turbocharged V6 engine at 3.5 liters. At every level except the Platinum, it kicks out 375 horsepower with 470 lb-ft of torque. At the top level, those specs improve by 25 horsepower and 10 lb-ft of torque. It's capable in its standard configuration of towing 9,300 pounds.

You can also opt for the Expedition Max expanded wheelbase configuration which gives you more than 121 cubic feet of storage space with all the seats folded down or 36 cubic feet behind the rear seat. With just the third row folded down, the Max gives you 80 cubic feet of space. The standard configuration has 21 cubic feet behind the rear seat and 106 cubic feet total. The Max configuration can tow up to 9,000 pounds.
